From time to time families will require to make changes to a learn to swim booking. This might be due to changes in lifestyle, family holidays or simply, to find a more suiatble time to attend lessons.

To ensure requests are addressed in the priority of submission (first-in), and that changes are clear in nature - "any and all change requests must be made in writing".

To assit our Clients we have created a Change Request Form (click here), that can be printed and returned at your next lesson or via email.

PLEASE NOTE: VERBAL REQUESTS or REQUESTS MADE VIA THE PHONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED - A minimum of two weeks notice is required.
